As of the end of 2006, total assets of the Company amounted to 1 109,9 million PLN (357,7 million USD), whereby revenues equaled to 1 259,3 million PLN (405,9 million USD).
 
In 2006 Stocznia Gdynia S.A. sold 11 vessels worth 1 768,81 million PLN (570,1 million USD) of tonnage of 309 855 CGT and dead weight of 381 744 DWT.
 
Construction of 9 vessels was launched in 2006 (7 vessels in Stocznia Gdynia S.A. and 2 vessels in Stocznia Gdansk S.A.).
